Dear All, We had some hardware/software problems with the Xtalpred server recently. Hopefully we have solved them and things should be better now. Please try to resubmit your jobs and send us your comments to Godzik Lab Server Group godziklab.ser...@medsch.ucr.edu<mailto:godziklab.ser...@medsch.ucr.edu>.
At the same time I would urge not to overload the server, we are a small group with limited computational resources. We are going to start limiting the number of entries per job as some user abuse the server by submitting entire genomes for evaluation. If you want to run large scale jobs, contact us directly and we can try to run these jobs on another hardware behind the firewall.
