Hello, There's something that I'm currently struggling with in terms of Molecular Replacement and Refinement. From my mtz file, my solutions unit cells are consistent with PDB entries of homologous structures. But when I'm trying to get fit in the same oligomeric structure which is hexameric it doesn't work on Phenix as well as CCP4 Cloud. I successfully fitted in a monomeric form of the protein. Can you help me with this issue?
