Hello everyone, We are looking for some fluorescent proteins for undergraduate research (GFP, BFP, DsRed derivatives), expressed well and soluble in E. coli, easy enough to purify by affinity chromatography (His tagged) and cool enough to do some fluorescence studies. Can someone please suggest where we can find/buy the plasmids since we want to skip the cloning part. Thanks in advance. Prerna G
