Hello, I’m a COOT 1.1.09 user on Fedora 40 as well as MacOS, working on DNA model refinement.
I’ve noticed since updating to 1.1.09, the cell and symmetry master switch no longer brings up any symmetry molecules. I remember in older versions (I was last most active on COOT 0.9.8) there was also a symmetry by molecule tab that is now missing as well. Am I missing a setting or is there another workaround this?
