Dear all, Does anyone have experience on the two new Rigaku systems, Synergy-R and Synergy-S? It seems that Synergy-R has one order of magnitude higher intensity than Synergy-S. But Synergy-S does not need an external water chiller and is maintenance free. Do you think if Synergy-S enough for crystal screening in most cases (nonmembrane proteins)? Anything should be aware of with the two models? Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
