Hi Will, We had a similar case recently. Microseeding gave us single crystals (originally clusters), but still very thin plates as yours. We then mutated a couple surface lysine residues to alanine and that led to thicker crystals. The thin crystals were indexed as C2221, but the thicker ones revealed that it was actually P21.
