Sometimes neggia has hiccups with uncompressed h5 images, in which case I recommend using eiger2cbf via H5ToXDS (instructions here: https://strucbio.biologie.uni-konstanz.de/xdswiki/index.php/Eiger#A_script_for_faster_XDS_processing_of_CBF-converted_Eiger_data)
I have found that in most cases, using the above approach has comparable performance to neggia and does not have the compression compatibility issue.
