Dear All, We are interested to build an atomic model on a 3.7 A cryo-em map with BALBES-MOLREP pipeline. The map is currently in mrc format. It cannot be read by BALBES (the error message is structure factor file size exceed limit). I was wondering should I convert the mrc file to mtz format? Any idea how to convert the mrc to mtz?
