I need to dephosphorilate blunt ends and, surfing on internet I found this
two enzymes:
- Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase (SAP)
- Calf Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase (CIP)

Have you any experience about these phosphatases, I mean wich is the best
for blunt ends?
