Hi, All:

Not long ago, I was asking if there was an easy way to convert between
ccp4-formatted maps and cns-formatted maps. Many of you responded and I
appreciate your inputs.

Dr. Herman Schreuder at sanofi-aventis actually wrote a simple script called
"HASMAP" and he kindly shared it with me. I tested it and it works!

This script can make conversions from ccp4 to cns, and cns to ccp4 maps. I used
the ccp4-to-cns conversion because it is the more useful for me.

You can contact Dr. Schreuder directly if you have more questions.

Thanks.

Zhongren

Dear Zhongren,

if I remember correctly, mapman from G. Kleywegt can convert from CCP4 map
format to various other formats, including CNS.
