Hi, All: Not long ago, I was asking if there was an easy way to convert between ccp4-formatted maps and cns-formatted maps. Many of you responded and I appreciate your inputs.
Dr. Herman Schreuder at sanofi-aventis actually wrote a simple script called "HASMAP" and he kindly shared it with me. I tested it and it works! This script can make conversions from ccp4 to cns, and cns to ccp4 maps. I used the ccp4-to-cns conversion because it is the more useful for me. You can contact Dr. Schreuder directly if you have more questions. Thanks. Kleywegt can convert from CCP4 map format to various other formats, including CNS.
