Shivesh-- You might consider the following options in addition to what you have already seen:
pulsing experiments where you add a bit of fresh protein to the drops add water to your drops to see if the crystals dissolve & form a new crystal form try the Hampton Research Silver Bullets Screen. I have had some very good results with this lately. You can do this with and without seeding.
