Hi: Just a related question. To measure MW of membrane proteins, the density of detergents needs to be matched by D2O/H2O and should be within 1.0 to 1.1. Anyone knows some literature that gives a list of detergents having suitable density? Unfornatatedly, the common ones like Foscholine 12(DPC) and C12E9 do not work with my protein.
