I'm sure that I've missed something, however - both the Exit button and the window close operation on the main window (which I understood to be bound to WM_DELETE_WINDOW, see browser_utils.tcl) are already bound to the same "ExitInterface" procedure (defined in taskwindow.tcl). This procedure saves the state of the interface and then exits, destroying both the main CCP4i window and all children windows without prompting first. So I'm not sure what it is that you want. Could you clarify further?
