Hi Jhon,

It might not be the source of the problem, but this error can occur if you have closed the terminal window from where you started ccp4i while still running ccp4i. i.e. if you back-grounded ccp4i when you started it. Jobs such as Refmac invoke a "Movefile" command which sometimes write information to the terminal. If the terminal window has been closed this will cause the error that you see.
