mtz is a data file format. Contains h, k, l, Fobs, Sigma F etc

dsn6 is a map file (density, such as electron density, Patterson density).

Hence you cannot convert between the two.

You use the mtz file to compute a map, then use mapman from Uppsala to
convert the map to a dsn6 file.
