Unfortunately the 7200s used on the ATM rack do NOT support any L2VPN. I guess they are not VXR's. You can use the regular SP racks, which use ISR's. They do support L2TPv3. They don't support AtoM, but the commands are basically the same.
To practice L2VPN on AToM and practice the interworking especially I would use Dynamips. Use our 7200/ATM rack Dynamips topology for that.
