When you do a show ip route do you see both level 1 and level 2 routes from
IS-IS?
If you do when you do your redistribute isis are specifying level 1 and
level 2 routes?

For example:

 router ospf 100
! redistribute both level-1 and level-2 routes into OSPF
redistribute isis level-1-2 metric 1 subnets
