Hello Marko, I'm Italian and I'm going to attend a course in San Jose next week. I have the ESTA VISA (visitors form Europe need it). Do you think do I need F1 Visa.
I just not understanding what I need. Looking at the USA government web site seems like I won't get access to the states.
