You must continue to lab, even if it is only an hour a night. This will
help to keep things fresh in your memory. You will find over time that
things you did not understand or know before are now becoming second
nature. You cannot climb a mountain in one leap. It takes many steps to
reach the mountain top, so take one small step at a time and you will reach
the top. Sooner or later, you will feel comfortable about studying again
then you must push on and take advantage of those moments to put you
further ahead than you were before. I've been dragging my feet the past
month and am now getting back in the groove. We can do this!!!
