You know that is a great question, I was in the situation, what I did was carve out 2-3 hours about twice out of the week. Then on the weekends were my long days. What drove me were the people around me and my work situation.
I had to adjust my train of thinking... I knew in order to accomplish my goals I had to put in the time.
