Hey Guys, I just had a couple things that I questioned about the DSG. When I see these things I just need to make sure that I am not missing some critical clue or assumption that everyone else but me knows about. Task 6.2 ------------- The task requires you to mark SMTP traffic from VLAN 1314 with AF21. The DSG sets up the class-map with the obvious match protocol SMTP but there is no ACL used to limit the matching to only VLAN1314. Is this correct or should there be an ACL there? It would seem that VLAN 3478 traffic would also be classified with that class-map without an ACL. Does this kind of detail matter? Task 7.1 ------------- The solution in the DSG adds a static route on CAT1 and on CAT2. I thought that was a major no-no without the task requirements specifically saying you could. The task requirements DO say you can add static routes to R1 and R2 but nothing about CAT1 and CAT2. This makes a huge difference in your thinking. Thanks Derek Mills
