It's my understanding (possibly wrong) that the CoD will be sent out via 
DVD to us that have the BLS already,  workbooks and configs will be made 
available in the members section (most already have been there for 
weeks).  It will take time to get the new product ready for new 
purchases.  Which I think that line is meant to address.

I could be wrong.  I suppose if we want our drive "updated" to the new 
standard we'll have to wait until Feb, but these guys are busting hump 
to get us the tools we need as fast as they can.

So keep thinking happy thoughts.  It's a great time to be an IE R&S 
candidate!
