Specifically the line "CCIE R&S 4.0 Blended Learning Solution (Final / Completed Solution on Hard Drive) Shipping Status: This completed product is not expected to ship until February 10th, 2010." People who own the BLS will they get the component parts as they are released or will they have to wait to mid February to get the update?
