I see, technically physical frame-relay interfaces are not point to point.
Even with only 2 routers it is considered multi-access. Split horizon (for
RIP) is disabled by default for these interfaces. Since you don't have any
spokes that need to communicate, you can safely turn it back on. If you had
spokes that need to communicate, you would need to disable it. Hope that
