As mentioned in the attached diagram the interfaces are physical interfaces not 
sub-interface but dont you think there are the chances of loops, if i'll not 
enable the split-horizon on these physical interfaces on point to point FR 
Network, as by defult in RIP on serial frame-relay interface the Split horizon 
is disabled

Have you labbed this yet?. If you are using point to point subinterfaces, you 
do not need to disable split horizon.
