Short of advocating for reforestation in your area, your best bet is probably 
to reserve one feeder just for them (and birds that are willing to rub 
shoulders with them), and then offer additional feeders that exclude them for 
all the rest. You know, finch feeders, feeders with adjustable spring loaded 
perches, etc.
