No. That would be pointless. Back-channel logout ought to happen
asynchronously and you shouldn't rely on the callback order. Kill the app
session before redirecting to /cas/logout.

The problem that I am facing is redirection to service url (ie.

occurs before cas logs out the application through BACK CHANNEL.
Hence the user is able to view the application home page.
After BACK CHANNEL logout occurs and user clicks or refreshed the
application, he is redirected to cas login page which is fine
Have you done some handling to make redirection occurs only after cas
logout the application through BACK CHANNEL.
