Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Delicious pumpkin/cheesecake combination that is easy to put together
and makes enough for a crowd.

Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 teaspoons pumpkins pie spice
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 In a large mixer bowl on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine
and 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice until crumbly.
3 Press onto bottom of 15x10 inch baking pan.
4 In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
5 Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 tsp
pumpkin pie spice and salt; mix well.
6 Pour over crust; sprinkle with nuts.
7 Bake 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool.
8 Refrigerate; cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
