Penuche Frosting

 
Total Time: 25 min

Prep Time: 20 min

Cook Time: 5 min

1/2 cup butter 
1 cup brown sugar 
1/4 cup hot milk 
powdered sugar (about 3 cups) 


1 -Melt butter in a large saucepan. 
2 -Add brown sugar and bring to a boil. 
3 -continue cooking for 1 minute until thickens. 
4 -Let set 15 minutes. 
5 -Mix in hot milk. 
6 -Add powdered sugar gradually till spreading consisitancy. 
7 -If it gets too thick add a little milk.
