Penuche Frosting

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

In a small saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in sugar. Cook and stir 
untill bubbly. Remove from the heat. Add milk, stir until smooth. 
Add sugar, beat by hand until spreading consistency. Goes good with 
cupcakes.
