 Fluffy Cake Frosting
1 cup vegetable shortening 
4 cups powdered sugar 
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon clear imitation vanilla extract 
6 tablespoons heavy cream 
        1. Cream shortening until fluffy. 
        2. Add powdered sugar and continue creaming until well blended. 
        3. Add salt, vanilla, and whipping cream blend on low speed until 
moistened. Add additional whipping cream if necessary. Beat at high speed until 
frosting is fluffy. 
Makes 4 cups frosting.
