AUSTRIAN HARD CAKE
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into 1-inch balls in
sugar. Grease 9-inch round cake pan. Arrange sugared balls in pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
