ORANGE CAKE
This is a very moist cake real good!!
Mix:
1 box orange cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan and put the
nuts in the bottom of the pan. Pour the cake mixture over the nuts in
the bundt pan. Bake 50-60 minutes until done.
Mix in a heavy pan 1 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup orange juice and 1 stick of
margarine. Boil two minutes and set aside. When the cake has baked take
it out of the oven and punch holes in the cake while still in the bundt
pan. Pour the liquid mixture over the cake while in the bundt pan and
let it set 1/2 hour before you take it out of the pan.
