Earthquake Cake 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix 1 box sugar (icing sugar) 1- 8oz pkg cream cheese 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup chopped pecans 1 small bag flaked coconut
Mix cake mix as directed. Toss coconut & pecans together & spread on a 9x13" pan sprayed with Pam. Pour cake mix over pecan mixture. Melt margarine & cream cheese together. Mix with mixer then add box of sugar. Dollop or drizzle cream cheese mixture over cake mixture. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350F 40-45 minutes. Test for doneness.
