I had a cake from Cooper Street Bakery 
in Arlington, TEXAS.... and I am 
wanting / NEEDING (LOL) to clone it....!  
It sure would help if ANY OF YOU HAVE HAD 
it...! ;)  It is just there white cake 
with butter cream frosting...  but 
there is something VERY DIFFERENT about 
the cake... it is sooo moist (but not 
wet) I can't figure out what is different 
about it...!  HELP IF YOU CAN...
