CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE ICING

    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
  1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 tbsp. cocoa
  3/4 c. whipping cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) frozen pound cake


Combine cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. 

Mix until well blended. Blend in cocoa. 

In another bowl beat whipping cream until 
soft peaks form. 

Add remaining sugar and beat til stiff 
peaks form. 

Fold into cream mixture. Slice cake into 
3 horizontal layers.

Spread each with icing and stack. 

Chill.
