Ya, I do not want Royal icing. Whipped icing is very light and fluffy 
almost like whipped cream. Wilton sells it in a box but it's $5/box 
and only ices a small cake. It gets expensive if I am doing big 
cakes, I was looking for a cheaper way to replicate it. I some of the 
grocery store bakeries they call it whipped or elite. It stay firm 
enough to do roses if you keep it cool.
