Hi Darcy, you can find it at cake decorating shops. Our local shop does mail
order. You can find them at www.doitwithicing.com. Otherwise, you can do a
search for "cr�me bouquet" on the web and some other suppliers might pop up.
It's so worth giving a try. I'll never make another batch of icing without
it.
