The issue is more of a copyright issue, when you post to the bakery you give the foundation right to the works. This does not remove your rights as the original copyright holder.
As was stated above, this is to restrict people with commercial interest from taking articles from the site, and using them on their own site without permission. It in no way restricts the original creator.
The code samples that are given under the code links, are only limited by the license that the author who submits them chooses to use, the foundation itself currently does not force a license on the code that is submitted. But we do recommend authors use the MIT license which is that same as CakePHP is released under
