Icom iC-2730A is a dual-band mobile that has all that except 6 meters. It has dual VFO's and can easily do satellite. With a software modification, it is capable of cross-band-repeat. It is fairly reasonably priced. The control head cannot be attached to the main body of the radio however. Mounting brackets are extra.
