Here is what I use to keep time super close.

http://www.maniaradio.it/en/bkttimesync.html

You can set the program to sync at any interval you set as well as tell it
which second of the minute to use for syncing, and as a bonus you can use a
gps receiver, even a simple dongle like the one supplied with the former
Microsoft navigation program (SOTA anyone?). I set it to use pool.ntp.org
which uses random time servers and is not biased to a single one, but
you're free to choose any time server. It is written by a ham in Italy and
I've been using it for 2 or 3 years now.

For what it's worth, I set it to sync every 5 minutes at second 57, which
avoids it tying electrons up until JT decoding is completed. Try it, and if
you like it, send Mauro, IZ2BKT, a donation $5.00 (or whatever) by PayPal
as I did. This is a great little contribution to the JT community.
