UPDATE @ 13:00z - The TI9/3Z9DX team now arrived Cocos Island. Seas are rough 
due to nearby storm and they need to wait a few more hours before attempting to 
set foot on the island. Once the boat is unloaded they have a 40 minute walk 
(perhaps a few times) with equipment to the designated QTH. Anticipated start 
time of activity approx. 5-6 hours from now, ie 18:00-19:00z. They made over 
3000 QSOs when Maritime Mobile (which does not count for DXCC.)
