How does one unlock the Wouxun radio Model KG-UV6D-V2 for vhf transmit outside the amateur bands? The radio frequency now is V: TX: 144-148Mhz, RX: 136-174Mhz, U: TX: 420-450Mhz, RX: 420-520MHZ. I need to use these radios on a business frequency of 466Mhz & 461 Mhz. From KF5OXF via AA5OA.
