my current subdivision says you can paint any neurtral or tan/brown colors and roof can be any brown/tan color with no approval necessary. that eases things a bit. i even got a waiver from them for my 40 foot tower after presenting them with information at a board meeting on how i can benefit the subdivision in event of a disaster. made me happy. but that may not happen in the big fancy subdivisions. now i am looking for a new house and no restrictions. found a lot of pockets where they are allowed. just a pain. hope the house bill passes and moves on to the senate and signed by the president so we can move into any subdivision.

if you have not done it already, make sure you send a letter to your congress person.
