Possibly Theresa, but disguising your ham antenna as a cell tower might get you
into even more trouble. You can probably buy a new house in an unrestricted
area for what the cell tower disguised as a pine tree would cost and your HOA
would probably notice a 100 foot pine tree that appeared in your back yard.
