Is this an unreasonable request or is everyone just too busy? I'll be happy to investigate this myself if given access to ubuntu2. We've excluded ubuntu2 in our build's label expression for the time being. We'd like to ensure that ubuntu2 has a comparable ulimit setting with the other ubuntu machines, if possible, before investigating other avenues.
