Yes, they are used quite a lot. And, it would seem that testing
dependent, concurrently developed, projects against each other would
be one of the major tasks of a CI tool like Hudson.

In my opinion, splitting Hudson just gives us another set of problems.
Besides this particular problem, we're not seeing any other
scalability problems at the moment.
