>Synopsis: Panasonic Let's Note CF-NX4 touchpad not configured
>Category:      system amd64
>Environment:
        System      : OpenBSD 7.6
        Details     : OpenBSD 7.6 (GENERIC.MP) #332: Tue Sep 24
15:03:42 MDT 2024
dera...@amd64.openbsd.org:/usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/GENERIC.MP

        Architecture: OpenBSD.amd64
        Machine     : amd64
>Description:

        I am running -CURRENT GENERIC.MP #332, although this was also
        the case on 7.5-STABLE

        On my Panasonic Let's Note CF-NX4, my touchpad is not being
        registered. It loads as ps/2 according to wsconsctl(8):

        doas wsconsctl mouse
        mouse.type=ps2
        mouse.reverse_scrolling=0

        This makes two finger scrolling, as well as edge scrolling
        non-functional. On linux, the touchpad seems to register and
        behave fine. The scrolling on this odd, circular touchpad is
        two-fingered by default, but it *should* support edge scrolling
        via the silver ring similar to an iPod back in the day.

>How-To-Repeat:

        Install OpenBSD 7.5 >= -CURRENT 7.6 #332, See touchpad itsn't
        working as expected.

>Fix:

        No fix yet.
