The part I'm worried about is this clause:

Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in
the documentation and/or other materials provided with the
distribution.

This should be included on all the efiboot distributions on install disks.
I know it's a lot of work and I know you've been working hard to conserve
space on the install medias, perhaps it's time to put this license in with
the cd9660 image.  Otherwise I can't work with this, nor OpenBSD.

Since we're in breach of the terms of license (not including the license in
the binary form) we need express written consent from Intel.  This should
be included somewhere for all to see.  Does it exist anywhere?
