Learning Manual A.2.4 is "Piano centered dynamics" and also
<http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.15/Documentation/notation/expressive-marks-attached-to-notes#dynamics>
has
the problem whenever systems are stretched on a page.
Better to leave the docs alone and patch the code.
